I was thrilled to find this top-quality shoehorn that I use every day. Unlike the little plastic ones I used before, the metal construction is excellent, and the twist-extend-twist-lock method of extending or retracting it is so easy to use. This awesome sturdy shoehorn, made out of metal with plastic joints, a foam handgrip, and a lanyard, can extend to such great length that it's not necessary but it's there if you really need it. The extension telescopic action is solid and quality, and the metal is coated with a matte finish which allows for easy slippage into the shoe. Highly recommend it!

This product meets all my needs and is great because the pole collapses for storage and extends to various lengths without any sliding rings or buttons. However, the handle cannot rotate the heel portion, which may not be a problem unless you have a very tight shoe and need to work the tongue around the inside of the heel portion. But, I seldom need it for that purpose.
