• I got the dish rack today. Generally speaking, it looks quite nice and seems sturdy. However, I've spotted a couple of issues. There are two places where the black paint has already chipped off. You can feel the rough surface, with the metal underneath being exposed. This is a bit of a letdown. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that it won't get any worse as time goes by. If it does, I may have to think about sending it back.

• This dish drainer is of a reasonable quality. At first glance, it appears large and gives the impression that it can accommodate a substantial number of dishes. However, in reality, it doesn't hold as many as one might expect. My old, inexpensive plastic dish drainer could hold more items than this one. On the positive side, it has an aesthetically pleasing design. The plate - holding section, though, is rather flimsy. It's unstable and has a tendency to tip over at times. One of its better features is that it's positioned at a relatively higher level compared to most standard drainers, and the spout that directs water into the sink is also a plus. I bought this when it was on sale. Paying the full price for it would not have been justifiable in my opinion. In fact, I'm not entirely convinced that it was even worth the discounted price I paid.

The water - collecting tray could be designed with a steeper incline. As it stands, ordinary water droplets from the plates tend to remain on the tray rather than flowing towards the drain. Additionally, the spout that channels water into the sink is rather short. Another issue, though not as significant, is that the second - tier plate rack is somewhat wobbly and not extremely sturdy. If these three aspects were addressed, this product would be ideal.
